Twenty years, one obsession.
Leo Simões was born in Recife, Brazil, in 1980, and raised on discipline, faith, and a stubborn love of solving problems. He arrived in the United States in 2000 with no shortcuts and no guarantees. In New York he co-founded one of the city's respected residential technology practices and spent two decades wiring homes, offices and institutions from Manhattan townhouses to Carnegie Hall.
In 2021 he moved his family to Boca Raton and made a decision that defines Elitech Design. He stopped selling systems and started designing experiences.
What I build today is not about technology. It's about homes that feel right at the deepest level.
An architect designs the space. An interior designer gives it soul. Leo designs the third layer.
